1.2 Prohibited Data: No Social Security Numbers
SYML | Ai is not intended to accept or store Social Security numbers (SSNs). Please do not upload SSNs to the Service.
1.3 Usage & Device Data
We may automatically collect technical and usage data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, access times, and security logs to operate and protect the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Service, enable your workflows, support integrations you choose to enable, maintain security, prevent fraud, and communicate account/service updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI & Automated Processing
SYML | Ai may use automated and AI-enabled tools to process documents and extract structured data for service delivery. AI outputs may be probabilistic and may contain errors.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-assisted outputs prior to using them for underwriting, compliance, or any official purpose.
